In this section of casualty they explore different people who have who have certain disabilities and how they live with them. The two disabilities shown are a physical disability where they are in a wheel chair. Then the other man has got narcolepsy, which is a sleeping disorder where the person falls a sleep when they are in relaxed surroundings.

Mise en scene

The Mise en scene in this you can see that it is in a city environment after they have just been in the city for shopping and are now off to a café. The environment seems to be in quite a rough urban area of the city when Eli is approached by the two hooded men on bikes it gives the impression that he is in a rough area.
